On Thursday night I had to return two items to Wal Mart. One was a clothes horse which was so poorly made that it probably wasn't even made in China (wow!!!!) and the other was a bath toy holder which didn't fit on our bath properly.
Got to customer services and was wondering how I was going to explain the fact that both items had been opened. The girl just gave me a refund no questions asked
I didn't even have to have store credit. You could have knocked me down with a feather!!!
